Nyotalia Chibitalia and HRE

I haven't been drawing much. Been kinda on an inspirational slump, but I had this finished for some time now, laying around waiting for a BG, but I forgot what I had planned for that So here it is, BG-less.

In the nyotalia universo, Autria would've confused girl Italy for a boy, right? That's what I think, so have  girly HRE and a tomboyish Italy =w=

Uh-oh....I forgot to sign this...oopps..... Well, I can always update a signed versión later if I feel like it, I guess.
